Buildwise Toolbox Privacy Policy

Buildwise Toolbox Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy describes data handling in the inspected version of Buildwise Toolbox, developed by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. The app provides construction calculators, material estimates, project notes and checklists. For privacy questions, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com.

Information processed and stored

Buildwise Toolbox processes the measurements, quantities, units, waste allowances, material yields and other values you enter to calculate results. Saved calculations and templates include names, inputs, results, formulas and dates.

Your local workspace can contain project names, descriptions, status, creation dates, notes, tasks and completion status, attached calculations, material specifications, quantities, categories, quantity adjustments and preparation status. The app also stores favorite tools, recently used tools and preferences for units, waste allowance and compact display.

Workspace records are stored on your device using local application preferences. In the web preview, they are stored in the browser. Names, descriptions, notes and tasks may contain personal information if you enter it.

Purposes and developer collection

The app uses this information to perform calculations, organize projects, prepare material lists, reopen saved work, reuse templates and remember preferences. These features work offline and do not require an account.

The inspected implementation does not upload workspace records to Aktyva konsaltynh technologies or an app-operated server. No active analytics, advertising, remote crash-reporting or account service was identified. Local processing and storage do not transmit your workspace to the developer.

Sharing and clipboard access

Information is exported when you choose a sharing or copying action. On Android, sharing a result, project or material checklist opens the system sharing chooser and provides the exported text to the application you select. On iOS and in the web preview, these actions copy the text to your clipboard. Android also uses clipboard copying if sharing is unavailable.

Project exports can include descriptions, status, creation dates, tasks, notes, calculation results and material lists. Review the content before sharing it. Receiving applications and recipients handle exported information under their own practices.

Copy workspace backup places a JSON copy of your workspace, including projects, history, templates and preferences, on the clipboard. Restore workspace backup processes JSON you paste into the app and, after confirmation, replaces the current local workspace. The app does not provide its own cloud backup service.

Clipboard contents and backups saved elsewhere may be accessible through your operating system or other applications, subject to their controls. No background clipboard-reading feature was identified. Deleting information in Buildwise Toolbox does not delete clipboard contents, exported backups or recipient copies.

Third-party components and network access

The app uses shared_preferences for local storage and webview_flutter for an embedded browser on native platforms. It also includes device_info_plus and http. The inspected startup and toolbox code do not call the included helpers for obtaining an iOS device identifier or browser user agent, and no HTTP transmission of workspace data was identified.

An embedded terms and privacy component is configured to load an HTTPS page with JavaScript enabled. The current startup path opens the toolbox directly without displaying that component. If the native component is displayed, loading the external page connects to its website, which may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser information. The website's cookies, logging and retention practices cannot be established from the inspected application source. The web version of this component displays informational text instead of loading the embedded page.

Android declares internet and advertising-identifier permissions. No advertising SDK or code accessing the Android advertising identifier was identified. These permission declarations alone do not establish that advertising data is collected.

Device access

The inspected toolbox features do not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location. Clipboard writing supports copying and exports; backup restoration uses text you paste into the restoration field.

Security

The app keeps workspace records in local application or browser storage. The inspected code does not add encryption to saved workspace records or exported JSON backups. Their protection depends on your device or browser security and how you handle exported copies.

The embedded external page is configured with an HTTPS URL. This does not establish the external website's wider security practices or the security of information handled by applications you choose for sharing. No storage or transmission method guarantees security.

Retention

Saved records remain locally until you delete them, replace the workspace through backup restoration or remove the relevant application or browser storage. No automatic expiration period was identified. Archiving a project retains its information.

Exports and recipient copies remain outside the app's control. Any retention through device or browser backups depends on the platform and your settings.

Deletion and privacy requests

You can delete projects, tasks, saved history items and templates through the app. Settings includes Clear calculation history and Erase toolbox data.

Clear calculation history preserves templates and calculations attached to projects. Deleting a project preserves calculation copies in history. Deleting a history item or template preserves copies already attached to projects. Removing a calculation from a project preserves its history copy.

Removing a material from a checklist hides it and allows it to be restored; its source calculations remain. This action does not erase the underlying material information.

Erase toolbox data removes projects, notes, tasks, saved calculations, templates, favorites and recent tools. It preserves unit, waste allowance and compact display preferences. To remove remaining preferences, use your device's application-storage controls or clear the relevant browser storage.

For privacy or deletion inquiries, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. No developer-side workspace repository or remote deletion feature was identified, so the developer cannot directly erase records stored only on your device. Separately remove exported backups and request deletion from recipients where needed.

Children's privacy

Buildwise Toolbox is described as a construction and renovation tool. A specific intended age range has not been confirmed. No child-specific accounts, tracking or collection features were identified. Information a child enters is handled through the same local storage and user-directed export features described in this policy. Contact the privacy email with concerns about a child's information.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or its data handling. Review the current policy when using an updated version. No separate policy-change notification mechanism was identified in the inspected app.
